Subscription (Auto-Renewal) Terms of Service
DEEPER CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provides a subscription-based auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using the Service, you (the "User") agree to these Terms.
Article 1: Acceptance
By applying for or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all subscriptions offered within our communication services.
Article 2: Subscription Activation
Your subscription becomes active when:
1. You complete the application form via our official app or website; and
2. The Company accepts your application.
The Company reserves the right to reject any application that contains false, incomplete, or unauthorized information.
Article 3: Service & Billing Cycle
The Service provides access to specified communication features (e.g., data packs, roaming benefits) on a recurring monthly basis.
l Period: The subscription period is one (1) month, starting from the activation date.
l Auto-Renewal: Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly term.
l Fees: The current monthly fee is displayed at the time of purchase. The Company may revise fees with at least 30 days' prior notice (e.g., via email or in-app notification). Revised fees apply only to the next renewal date.
Article 4: Payment
l Method: Payment will be charged to your selected payment method (e.g., credit card) on file.
l Timing: Fees are collected on the monthly renewal date.
l Failed Payments: If payment fails (e.g., card expired, insufficient funds), the Company will notify you. If payment is not remedied promptly, the Company may suspend or terminate the Service. Repeated payment failures may result in immediate termination of your subscription.
Article 5: Cancellation & Refunds
l How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Page" section of our app or website.
l Effective Date:
Ø Cancel before the next renewal date: The Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew. No further charges will be made.
Ø Cancel after the renewal date: You will not receive a refund for the current month. The cancellation will take effect at the end of that paid period.
l Confirmation: A cancellation confirmation notice will be sent to you upon successful processing.
Article 6: Termination by Company
We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if:
l You violate these Terms;
l Your payment is past due and remains unpaid;
l You provide false registration information;
l You engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Article 7: Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you in advance (e.g., via email or in-app notice) at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 8: Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, unless caused by the Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
